Some Nuggets of Wisdom & Life Lessons I’ve Learned…

Live a life that feels good, not one that looks good.

Make yourself a priority.

Spend more time doing what you love. It’s worth it.

If something or someone is truly important to you, you will make time for it/them. If not, you’ll make excuses.

Do the mundane things you need to do with acceptance and gratitude rather than anger or dread.

Get off your phone and connect to the world and people around you.

Get out of bed and go outside.

Having fun and resting are not rewards you give yourself once you’ve finally burnt out. They’re not something you earn. They’re fundamental components to a well-balanced and happy life. Do it everyday.

Nourish and move your body well.

When you take care of your body, your body will take care of you.

When you take care of your house, your house will take care of you.

When you take care of your car, your car will take care of you.

Procrastinating is making you feel worse. Stop saying tomorrow or when I get this thing… Get up and start now.

Hold yourself accountable to the promises you make to yourself. You’ll build self-trust and confidence.

Not all the thoughts you think are true. You don’t have to believe the ones that make you feel bad.

The present moment is where life happens. If you keep revisiting the past, you’ll continue to live it in the present. If you keep projecting into the future, everything you want will always be out of reach.

All the material things in the world can’t fill a void meant to be filled by non-material things. Happiness, peace, love, freedom, joy— all the things you’re truly seeking come from within you.

You can’t expect others to give to you what they refuse to give to themselves.

If you interfere by always doing something for someone else or saving them, you’re depriving them of opportunities to learn, develop, and grow.

Life moves as fast as you do. When you rush, time speeds up. When you slow down, you have more time.

Ask yourself if the way you’re living, the way you’re thinking, the actions you’re taking are aligned with the life you desire to live.

You’re not obligated to stay the same. Change as many times as you want.

Don’t ever hold yourself back from opportunities, growing, or expanding to make other people feel comfortable.

You don’t need to stay in any situation, job, or relationship that doesn’t feel good, that you don’t enjoy, or that doesn’t fulfill you. Your own happiness is more important. You deserve better.

The way you see the world and people around you is a reflection and projection of your consciousness. If you want to understand your subconscious, pay attention to how you react to external triggers.

Get out of autopilot and live life consciously and intentionally.

Practice observing and responding by being still. Reacting and attaching to everything is draining you.

Life is what you make it. You are a creator and reality is your canvas. There are fewer rules than you think there are.

Your life is a reflection of what you consistently feel and think. If you want to change your life, change the way you think and feel.

The only limitations that exist are the ones that your mind creates.

We create our own suffering. We also create our own healing. You are the medicine.
